Polypropylene Pleated Cartridge
Polypropylene filter cartridges are precisely manufactured for usage in critical filtration applications within food, pharmaceuticals, biotech, dairy, beverages, brewing, semiconductor, water treatment & other demanding process industries.
Spun Bonded Filter Cartridges are made up of 100% polypropylene fibers. The fibers have been carefully spunned together to form a true gradient density from outer to the inner surface. Filter cartridges are available with both core & without core version. The superior structure remains integral even under severe operating conditions and there is no media migration. Polypropylene fibers are blown continuously on the central molded core, without any binders, resins or lubricants.
HFP series cartridges filter media is made of thermal-sprayed porous PP fiber membrane, offering larger dirt holding capacity than conventional cartridges. Their hierarchical pores are designed to be gradually finer, avoiding cartridge surface from being blocked and prolonging service life of the cartridges.
PP meltblown filters are made of 100% PP superfine fiber by means of thermal spraying and tangling without chemical adhesive. Fibers are freely adhered as machines rotate, to form dimensional micro-porous structure. Their progressively dense structure features small pressure difference, strong dirt holding capacity, high filter efficiency, and long service life. PP meltblown filters can effectively eliminate suspended solids, particulates, and rusts off fluids.
